The mind-body-spirit held within the universe and earth connection dives deeper into the core for sustainable growth in exploring the needs for ones’ wholistic journey. Whether that is surfacing from conflict/tension, misalignment in direction, or fuzzy and unclear motives, challenges can be productive struggles that turn generative.
