Lauren (L) Martinez, M.Div., M.A. in Social Change (they/them) works as the Director and Trainer of Change in a small strategy consulting firm in Oakland, CA. Using methods such as: experiential play/somatic balancing, restorative reflection, strategy consulting, coaching, and facilitative training, they work to support organizations, schools, non-profits, government agencies, municipalities, religious institutions, foundations and the like. With two masters degrees in multi- religiosity and spiritualities, earth based technologies, esoteric eastern and western philosophies, indigenous knowledge and wisdom, they bring a wholistic cosmic worldview to their facilitation, coaching, and spiritual guidance work.
